This short announcement to offer, to those who wish, a virtual Continuum session, via Zoom, this Sunday, April 2020.

6-8pm Paris / noon-2pm EDT / 9am-11am PDT

It is an invitation to share together a somatic exploratory moment, an opportunity to connect with the international community around our practices during these times of quarantine, which can be quite challenging for some of us.

It’s free, and I would like to share with you a sequence which, I hope can be a resource and a practice to help soothing, centering and expanding our current perspective.
